On behalf of the Australasian Pharmaceutical Science Association (APSA) we are delighted to invite you to sponsor the 2025 APSA Annual Conference, taking place from Sunday 7 to Wednesday 10 December 2025 at the University of South Australia, City West Campus, Adelaide.

To reserve your sponsorship package click on ‘Apply Now’. We encourage you to submit your sponsorship request as soon as possible as spaces are strictly limited. All applications will first be reviewed by the Organising Committee before you receive confirmation.
All amounts are in Australian Dollars and include GST.
Principal sponsor
Opportunity to be named as the principal sponsor of the conference, including at the opening keynote session and welcome reception.
- Sponsor logo on all conference emails distributed to delegates in the lead-up to the event.
- Sponsor logo on the thank you page of the online delegate registration form.
- Acknowledgement and introduction by the MC at the opening plenary session and welcome reception.
- Five (5) minute live address by a senior representative or pre-recorded video to introduce the organisation at the opening plenary.
- Ability to provide delegates with a branded gift (sponsor expense) to be distributed at the welcome reception.
Subject to the time of booking, recognition as the principal sponsor on all conference material including:
- Conference website (with hyperlinks to the company website)
- Final PDF program (to be available for download from the conference website)
- Opening PowerPoint slide of the opening plenary session.
- Conference signage included in the main plenary room and on the combined sponsor PowerPoint holding slides displayed at the beginning and end of each plenary session.
- Display one freestanding pull-up banner (sponsor supplied) at the opening plenary session and welcome reception.
Allocation of two complimentary trade tables. The principal sponsor will have priority selection of space (subject to the time of confirmation).
Three complimentary conference registrations, which include attendance at the welcome reception, all sessions, lunches, morning and afternoon teas, and the conference dinner.

Two tickets to the welcome reception and two tickets to the conference dinner.
