On behalf of the Australasian Pharmaceutical Science Association (APSA) we are delighted to invite you to sponsor the 2025 APSA Annual Conference, taking place from Sunday 7 to Wednesday 10 December 2025 at the University of South Australia, City West Campus, Adelaide.

To reserve your sponsorship package click on ‘Apply Now’. We encourage you to submit your sponsorship request as soon as possible as spaces are strictly limited. All applications will first be reviewed by the Organising Committee before you receive confirmation.
All amounts are in Australian Dollars and include GST.
Principal sponsor
Opportunity to be named as the principal sponsor of the conference, including at the opening keynote session and welcome reception.

Your cancellation of participation at the conference
All cancellations must be advised in writing directly to Expert Events.
- Sponsors/ exhibitors – If you provide notice of cancellation to Expert Events prior to Friday 5 September 2025 you may be eligible for a refund of up to 50% of monies paid. On or after Friday 5 September 2025, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.

- Acknowledgement and introduction by the MC at the opening plenary session and welcome reception.
- Five (5) minute live address by a senior representative or pre-recorded video to introduce the organisation at the opening plenary.
- Ability to provide delegates with a branded gift (sponsor expense) to be distributed at the welcome reception.
