Accommodation has been reserved on behalf of APSA attendees at the InterContinental Adelaide, Holiday Inn Express, Grosvenor Hotel Adelaide and Sofitel Adelaide until Wednesday 5 November 2025, with exclusive discounted rates secured for attendees.
Accommodation has been reserved from Saturday 6 – Thursday 11 December 2025, with rooms allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to availability.

Please notify your request for changes or cancellation directly to the conference organiser. Each accommodation venue has its own cancellation policy, ranging from a one night cancellation fee to 100% cancellation fee depending on the date of cancellation. Please ensure you understand the cancellation policy for the accommodation venue you are booking.
Upon booking accommodation, please indicate your estimated time of arrival. If you wish to check-in before the official check-in time, it is recommended that you book and pay for the room for the evening prior to your arrival. Failure to advise your arrival time if arriving after 18:00 may mean that your room will be released and you will be charged a no-show fee.
If you wish to extend your stay prior to or following the conference, please specify your requirements in the ‘additional nights required’ field during the accommodation booking process. Availability and rates will be checked with the accommodation venue before your reservation is fully confirmed.
Please note that payment of accommodation is not taken at time of registration, however a credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your room with the hotel. If you won’t have the credit card at check in time because it is your workplace card or it is not in your name, you will need to complete a credit card authorisation form. Please email the conference organisers at apsa@expertevents.com.au to request this form.
From 30 days prior to arrival, hotels will charge this credit card for all your accommodation charges. Please ensure you understand each hotel’s payment policy (outlined below).

Sofitel Adelaide offers valet parking for $60 per vehicle per night.
Sofitel Adelaide also offers multi entry access to the Secure Parking Plaza Car Park, located at 14 Solomon Street, for $30 per vehicle per night. Guests can access the carpark using their bank card and then see our Front Desk team to obtain a unique QR for all exits and entries thereafter.

Guest’ credit cards will be charged a deposit equal to one-nights accommodation and the remaining balance is due upon check-in.
