A limited number of rooms have been reserved on behalf of APSA conference delegates at a number of hotels; Zagames House, The Eminence Apartments, Mantra on Russell and Novotel Melbourne Central until Thursday 10 December 2026.
Accommodation has been reserved from Saturday 5 – Thursday 10 December 2026, with rooms allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to availability.

Please notify your request for changes or cancellation directly to the conference organiser. Each accommodation venue has its own cancellation policy, ranging from a one night cancellation fee to 100% cancellation fee depending on the date of cancellation. Please ensure you understand the cancellation policy for the accommodation venue you are booking.
Upon booking accommodation, please indicate your estimated time of arrival. If you wish to check-in before the official check-in time, it is recommended that you book and pay for the room for the evening prior to your arrival. Failure to advise your arrival time if arriving after 18:00 may mean that your room will be released and you will be charged a no-show fee.
If you wish to extend your stay prior to or following the conference, please specify your requirements in the ‘additional nights required’ field during the accommodation booking process. Availability and rates will be checked with the accommodation venue before your reservation is fully confirmed.
Please note that payment of accommodation is not taken at time of registration, however a credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your room with the hotel. If you won’t have the credit card at check in time because it is your workplace card or it is not in your name, you will need to complete a credit card authorisation form. Please email the conference organisers at apsa@expertevents.com.au to request this form.
From 30 days prior to arrival, hotels will charge this credit card for all your accommodation charges. Please ensure you understand each hotel’s payment policy (outlined below).
