Registration is now open for the APSA 2025 Annual Conference
Registration fees are based on the date of receipt of payment (not the registration date). All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include 10% Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Early bird full registration fees are available until Monday 3 November 2025. Standard registration fees will apply from Tuesday 4 November 2025.
Full registration fees include:
- Access to the full four-day program
- Catered lunch and tea breaks
- 1 x ticket to the welcome reception
- Access to the onsite exhibitors
Day registration fees include:
- Access to the one (1) day of your choosing
- Catered lunch and tea breaks for your selected day
- 1 x ticket to the welcome reception on Sunday 7 December
- Access to the onsite exhibitors
When you register online, you will receive confirmation of your registration straight away via email. A tax invoice will be emailed to the address supplied once you have submitted your details and confirmed your method of payment.
All payments must be in Australian dollars (AUD).
Payment may be made by:
- Credit card – MasterCard or Visa.
Note that payments will appear as Expert Events on your credit card statement. - Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Details provided on tax invoice.
Payment is due 14 days from the date of registration or prior to the commencement of the conference (whichever is first). If you are seeking the early registration rate, payment must be made prior to the early registration deadline.
Delegate registrations and social function tickets may be transferred in the event a delegate can no longer attend, although registration tickets cannot be shared over the duration of the event.
The conference organisers reserve the right to cancel or vary any social function or optional activity for any reason.
If you cancel your registration for any reason:
a) before 5 pm on Friday 29 August 2025, you will receive a full refund of monies paid, less a cancellation fee of AUD110 + GST;
b) after the date referred to in paragraph (a), you have no entitlement to a refund of any amount. After this date, the organsing Committee will review any cancellations due to extenuating circumstances.
Registration transfers or cancellations must be requested in writing to the conference organisers via apsa@expertevents.com.au.

APSA membership is open to individuals with an interest in the pharmaceutical sciences, pharmacy practice, and pharmacy and pharmaceutical science education. Applicants can join as either full or student members.
